Shipping Policy
All orders should arrive between 1-7 business days from order date. As we are dealing with live plants Urban Lush will ship orders as per the below days:
Sydney Metro - Fridays
We do not currently deliver outside of the Sydney metro area unless contacted first at team@urbanlush.com.au. Urban Lush reserves the right to reschedule, delay or cancel any orders. All plant orders that are delivered by Urban Lush drivers will be left in a safe place if no one is there upon receival. We do not accept ‘pick-ups’ and cannot hold plants for certain day delivery unless ‘Premium Delivery’ option is requested with your desired day. We will notify you if your order has been delayed, rescheduled or cancelled.
Upon delivery of any products by Urban Lush (and not outsourced couriers, delivery drivers or external companies such as AusPost, Aramex); if no one is present, we will take photographic evidence of your delivery as proof of delivery and evidence of the received health of any plants. Urban Lush cannot be held responsible for any stolen goods that have been delivered with photographic evidence. It is up to customer to ensure someone is available to receive their order or that you notify us of a safe place to leave your order.
